My dad was pow 12538 T W Horn 1491386 RA , in the front cover of his bible we found a page with a list of names I think all of the men on the list were in 344 with him pte James Grieve pte Albert Painter pte Albert Scouse and cpl W Kerr at the bottom of the list he wrote [retaken by US Troops on the 6th at 3 pm] was he liberated in Lamsdorf or did he go on the long march. [Editor’s note: he must have been on the long march, Lamsdorf was liberated by Russian troops]
