Donation test page

When set up, the donation feature will be available from a button in the header that will trigger a pop up. This page and buttons are just for testing the process.

No payments will currently be processed. The only payment gateway currently enabled is the Stripe test gateway. To test transactions, enter card number 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future expiry date, and any 3-digit CVV number.
